Monday 8th August – bike *** –Two rivers including lunch at Landguard– sunny and warm.

Another lovely day here on the coast at Felixstowe, wall to wall sunshine with a light onshore breeze. Exercises in the garden then I made a sandwich and we biked down to Landguard to eat it on the jetty enjoying the River Orwell views with plenty of yachts, we even saw a seal:) Then back through langer Park, stopping at Lidl to restock and buy a local paper as I have a couple of pic in before continuing home. I then carry onto Felixstowe Ferry before returning past the golf course to The Dip and bump into Ian who has come down to foil who was joined on the water by Al and Paul with me and Swainy watching. Although everyone was flying it was marginal so you had to pump up, I might have been OK with 7.5, still there is always tomorrow afternoon! Home via The Fludgers, I even made it up Bent Hill with no electric help as my battery failed to charge last night!
